Return policy
At Larosabride, every dress is inspected and shipped in brand-new condition. Our goal is to be fair to you and fair to our business, which is why we follow clear, consistent guidelines. To protect the quality of our products and ensure every customer receives a fresh, untouched dress, returns are only accepted under the terms below.
24-Hour Free Return Window
Customers have 24 hours from the moment the dress is delivered to request a return.
If the request is made within this 24-hour window, Larosabride will provide a free prepaid return label, and the customer will not pay any return shipping fees.
Returns After 24 Hours (Up to 14 Days)
If more than 24 hours have passed but you are still within 14 days of delivery, you have two options only:
Option 1 – Refund With Restocking Fee
You may return the dress for a refund, but you must: Pay a $95 restocking fee. Pay for your own return shipping label. Once these conditions are met, the refund for the dress will be issued.
Option 2 – 100% Store Credit Refund
You may receive a full 100% refund in store credit only. You must still pay for your own return shipping label. Store credit purchases are final. Any dress bought using store credit cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance. Once you use the credit, the transaction is permanently closed.
No Returns After 14 Days
Any return request made after 14 days from delivery will be automatically denied with no exceptions.
Return Conditions
All dresses must be returned in the same condition delivered: unworn, unused, unaltered, all tags attached, and in original packaging. Any dress that fails inspection will be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
One-Time Exchange Only
Customers are allowed one exchange per order, and this exchange is final.
No additional exchanges, adjustments, or requests will be accepted under any circumstance.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the dress being delivered.
All exchanges require a $25 shipping label fee, which must be paid before the exchange label is issued.
