At Larosabride, every dress is carefully inspected and shipped in brand-new condition. We truly value our customers and aim to keep things clear, fair, and consistent, while ensuring every bride receives a fresh, untouched dress. For this reason, all dresses are FINAL SALE, with a limited exchange option outlined below.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or store credit.
Exchange Window (Exchange Only)

Exchanges are the only exception to our final sale policy.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this time frame cannot be accepted.
One-Time Exchange

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Once completed, the exchange is considered final.

Additional exchanges, refunds, or adjustments are not available.
Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

Pay a $25 shipping fee, and Larosabride will provide a prepaid exchange return label, or

Arrange and pay for your own return shipping label.

Exchange Conditions

Dresses must be returned unworn, unused, and unaltered.

All original tags must remain attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

All exchanges are inspected upon arrival.

Dresses that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.
