Final Sale & Exchange Policy

At Larosabride, every dress is carefully inspected and shipped in brand-new condition. We truly value our customers and aim to keep things clear, fair, and consistent, while ensuring every bride receives a fresh, untouched dress. For this reason, all dresses are FINAL SALE, with a limited exchange option outlined below.


Final Sale

  • All dresses are FINAL SALE.

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or store credit.


Exchange Window (Exchange Only)

  • Exchanges are the only exception to our final sale policy.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after this time frame cannot be accepted.


One-Time Exchange

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

  • Once completed, the exchange is considered final.

  • Additional exchanges, refunds, or adjustments are not available.


Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

  • You may choose to:

    • Pay a $25 shipping fee, and Larosabride will provide a prepaid exchange return label, or

    • Arrange and pay for your own return shipping label.


Exchange Conditions

  • Dresses must be returned unworn, unused, and unaltered.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • All exchanges are inspected upon arrival.

  • Dresses that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.
