At Larosabride, our commitment to your satisfaction is paramount. Whether you are shopping from the US or internationally, our return policy is crafted to ensure a seamless and equitable experience for all our esteemed customers.

Eligibility

Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

14-Day Return Period
All customers have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return for any reason. Returns initiated after 7 days from receipt will incur a $100 restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from receipt.

Starting a Return
To begin the process, please email us at larosa@larosabride.com. We will provide detailed instructions and a shipping label for your return. Customers must send the return package to the provided address within three days of receiving the shipping label. Returns shipped later than three days after receiving the label will incur a $100 stocking fee.

 Reporting Issues
If your item is not received, defective, damaged, or incorrect, inform us within 48 hours. Email the details and a picture, if possible, to larosa@larosabride.com along with your proof of purchase.

Exchanges
For an exchange, return the original item, and after acceptance, place a new order.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
EU customers also enjoy a statutory 14-day cancellation right, starting from the day you receive the goods.

Refunds
After we inspect your return, we'll inform you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process it. If over 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us again.
